Hi, my name is Terry, and I'm the co-founder of HARKE Recruitment.

With countless years of experience in education recruitment across both the UK and Australia, my passion for this sector stems from my belief in the pivotal role education plays in shaping the world. Although I'm not directly involved in teaching, I take great satisfaction in knowing that I'm contributing to a positive impact in this space.

At HARKE, our mission is to provide effective support to schools and educators across Australia. We are dedicated to assisting teachers and school leaders in any aspect they require, offering comprehensive insights into the market and options they may have been otherwise unaware of. Hi, I’m Jasmine, a dedicated Queensland and Northern Territory recruiter here at HARKE Recruitment.

As a recruiter, I’m passionate about connecting exceptional educators with opportunities where they can thrive and truly make a difference. Having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Psychology, I bring a unique perspective to supporting candidates and understanding their individual needs.

The most rewarding part of my role is hearing from candidates after they’ve secured their dream job. There’s nothing quite like knowing I’ve played a part in helping them step into a role where they’re excited to inspire and work with students.
